HR Advisor


Directly reporting to the HR Labor Relations Manager, the role can be described as HR Business Partner. You will be a key contact with the Rome HQs management team and employees to assist with various needs in human resource-related areas; you will advise leadership team on matters that include employment law, labour relations, performance management, staffing & development, HR policies. You will be a point of reference in handling local labour relations and in supporting the HR manager in negotiations. You will implement HR programs aligned to the business priorities. You will use your strategic HR expertise to implement and shape the Business HR agenda by providing support and alignment across the organization. In doing it, you will liaise with Centre of Expertise / Business Service Center at Corporate level to assure that all the activities and processes are aligned with ExxonMobil global strategy and requirements. MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES •Support the HR Manager to implement the Industrial Relations strategy, contributing to build and coordinate relations with Unions Representatives. Provide support in the definitions of negotiations and agreements. •Ensure a correct application of all the labour laws and contractual provisions that may impact the business (employee relations expert) Partner with management team for all HR related topics acting as an advisor and a business partner on day to day bases Directly interact with all supervisors
