Ruolo
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Management of A/R and A/P cycle;
- Perform bank reconciliation with multiple payment methods;
- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow in timely manner;
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures;
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process;
- Support CFO for dedicated project and ad hoc analysis
Il candidato prescelto
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration;
- At least 2-3 years of working experience;
- Professional knowledge of italian GAAP and IFRS;
- Professional experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process;
- Professional experience with accounting software;
- Fluent English;
- Intermediate experience with multi currency exposure and consolidation process;
- Very good knowledge of Office package (Excel in particular)
- Very good team player able to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Nice to have: experience in ERP implementation
