Responsibilities:Product SupportProviding clinical application support by training the customer on the products (aftersales) and by demonstrating products and/or showing demo images or presentations (presales) to support the sales and service teams to achieve the sales targets, to retain customers and to contribute to the product development.In particular:

• Collect customer feedbacks and customer needs interm of product application and report the retrieved information in a consolidated manner tothe Sales Manager/Product Manager in order to contribute to further product development.
• Train the user after initial installation. Ensure that the user is able to operate the system appropriately and professionally according to the specifications of the manufacturer.

Marketing Support

• Implement local marketing concept to achieve growth targets and to support sales in maximizing revenues and profit.
• Gather information on the local markets and report to the manager, allowing the Company to provide an appropriate support meeting local market needs.

Demonstration Management

• Provide best product demonstration to customer.Make sure that product features and specifications are understood in order to enhance customer satisfaction.External Relationship / Lobbying:
• Provide opinion leader network in region by well relating to Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), business related associations and stakeholders in order to represent the company according to the company values and strategic goals
