Cluster FP&A

The Role reports to Cluster Finance Director. SEE, ensuring management of financial planning and analysis activities, identification of risks and opportunities and safeguarding comprehensive, timely and credible outputs in Financial Planning, Forecasting and Reporting across the Cluster.

Principal Responsabilities:

• Coordinate, control, analyse and compile the annual Budget and periodic Forecasts, as well as Financial Performance Reporting at Cluster level.
• Provide regular and ad hoc support to Markets' Finance Teams to ensure timely execution of monthly report deliverables to the Cluster & the Group.
• Collect Market input and prepare comprehensive consolidated Cluster Executive Summary Reports.
• Undertake regular and ad hoc analysis of business metrics to understand main drivers of actual performance and forecasts.
• Identify, capture and report regularly business Risks & Opportunities arising from performance review and their implications on upcoming performance milestones (quarter, full year, next year etc.).
• Evaluate and verify the agreed Financial Reporting so that Senior Management has accurate and timely information to support effectively the decision processes.
• Support towards the delivery of the rolling forecast process covering P&L account, Balance Sheet/ Working Capital and CapEx, together with a process to monitor and improve ongoing forecast accuracy.
• Guide and coordinate the preparation of meaningful and accurate Business Plans and Forecasts at Cluster level challenging thoroughly the planning assumptions used.
• Review & adjust the Planning process and procedures in collaboration with all Stakeholders.
• Manage related or ad hoc projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports/presentations and make recommendations to Senior Management about the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.
• Attend and participate in relevant Finance and cross-functional meetings.
• Create commonly used templates and share Cluster practices.
