The candidate will therefore have the following skills and abilities:

Skills

• Have successful previous experience as Finance Manager or Financial Planning & Analysis Manager within a SME or a business unit of a large FMCG company;
• Audit experience considered a plus;
• In depth knowledge of Corporate Financial law and risk Management practices;
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, data analysis and forecasting methods
• Excellent communication and social skills;
• Contribute to IT tools/ERP implementation;

Fluent in English.

Mindset

• Be proactive, notably in the analysis of the strategic projects envisaged by the Board of Directors;
• Have the willingness, capacity and required commitment to work in a SME/family driven environment;
• Strong listening capacity to support operational teams in providing them with the appropriate tools required for business monitoring;
• Be convincing, pragmatic, organized.

She/He has a degree in Finance/Economics and will have at least 10-12 years of professional experience.

She/He will be familiar with the Italian culture and business environment, and ideally with the agri-food industry as well.
