Financial Analyst - Azienda settore Oil&Gas

In this challenging role, you will:

• Assist the CFO in costing, capex, project accounting, controlling and profitability monitoring and cash management, running the financial model;
• Support the Management in financial planning (support budgeting and forecasting processes), analysis and preparation of quarterly actuals financial statements, financial reports on variance analysis budget VS forecast, P&L analyses and reports;
• Monitor the capex development plan, supporting the technical departments in ensuring budget delivery and eventual recovery plan;
• Monitor performances to meet the annual targets and defining the set of KPIs for each area of the business;
• Run subsidiary financial model, providing regular updates, planning for any funding needs and cash flow forecast;
• Participate to evaluation process and challenge investments projects making recommendations to management;

Support the Management for M&A and funding activities and corporate governance.
