For an important incoming tour operator within the Italian territory.
Ruolo
- Manage, schedule and coordinate tours for the Groups Department.
- Collaborate with Group Department staff to ensure excellent service.
- Process all reservation requests online and offline.
- Provide detailed information about company services and policies.
- Manage customer requests and resolve any issues.
- Manage and monitor rates on the main booking portals.
Il candidato prescelto
- At least three years of previous experience in the role.
- Previous experience in handling groups.
- Fluency in Italian and English, and an excellent knowledge of a third European language.
- Excellent knowledge of booking systems and portals.
- Excellent time management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Aves-Datagest software is considered as a plus.
