The candidate will be graduated from a Business School or a university in Human Resources, psychology, or social sciences.

The candidate will have at least 10-12 years of professional experience He/she will be familiar with Italian Culture and business environment.

Skills:

• Have a successful previous experience as Human Resources Manager in complete
  autonomy, within a larger group or a similar-sized company with specific experience in
  dealing with manufacturing sites and operational workforce;
• Have an excellent knowledge of the different key areas of Human Resources management;
• Flexibility/ability to integrate a company used to certain functions and decision-making
  processes, while rapidly applying best-practices;
• Have excellent communication and social skills.

• Be proactive, succinct and efficient in communicating Human Resources developments to
• theOperations Managing Director and staff, in ordertooptimizetheir time;
