The candidate will be graduated from a Business School or a university in Human Resources, psychology, or social sciences.
The candidate will have at least 10-12 years of professional experience He/she will be familiar with Italian Culture and business environment.
Skills:
- Have a successful previous experience as Human Resources Manager in complete
autonomy, within a larger group or a similar-sized company with specific experience in
dealing with manufacturing sites and operational workforce; - Have an excellent knowledge of the different key areas of Human Resources management;
- Flexibility/ability to integrate a company used to certain functions and decision-making
processes, while rapidly applying best-practices; - Have excellent communication and social skills.
Mindset:
- Be proactive, succinct and efficient in communicating Human Resources developments to
- theOperations Managing Director and staff, in ordertooptimizetheir time;
- Be a good communicator and listener to establish quality relationships with internal (in
particular, employees) and external parties; - Have a good economic and financial culture;
- Have the willingness, capacity and required commitment to work in a SME/family driven
environment; - Be convincing, tenacious, pragmatic, organized and rigorous.
