Our client in this research project is a Multinational Company of renewable energy projects.
The Group is currently active in Europe, as well as in North and Latin America.
As a full-service developer it not only covers the entire value chain but also owns and operates wind and solar parks itself.
Founded in 1999, the company is one of the leading German project developers and currently has an onshore wind project pipeline of about 1.8 GW in the permitting process in Germany.
It has also grown strongly internationally in recent years. The Group's current project pipeline for wind and solar projects now exceeds 14 GW.
Job Description
The Role:
- Draft all surface right agreements, land lease and/or acquisition contracts and carry out ex- propriation procedures.
- Drafting permitting administrative documentation and and communications with national, regional and local administrations.
- Support contract negotiations with suppliers (EPC/BoP) and energy selling schemes (PPAs, Market, GSE).
- Drafting and negotiating agreements for sharing common electrical infrastructures with other developers.
- Liaise with internal experts and external consultants supporting the permitting and legal due diligence.
- Support M&A processes, including drafting NBOs, LOIs, SPAs and DSAs.
- Keep company legal records.
Competenze ed esperienza
The Indivdual:
- Degree in Law.
- At least three years professional experience in permitting, drafting agreements and leading negotiations (landowners, convenzione, accordo condivisione).
- Team player.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Independent way of working, commitment, accuracy, organized.
- Willingness to travel
- Languages: Italian and English (C1).
