Legal Expert - Gruppo internazionale di Ingegneria

Working under the responsibility of the Legal Director of the International Section of the Group's Legal Department, he/she is responsible for ensuring legal compliance of the operations of the subsidiary of the Group.

The main activities in this position are as follows:

- Contracts: risk assessments, drafting and negotiation of international engineering and service contracts, in particular with large international funding organisations and large private accounts, subcontracting agreements, cooperation agreements, in support of the Group operational subsidiaries.

- Assistance to operational staff members with management of contracts established under "DLgs 50/2016 (Codice degli appalti pubblici)" and international funding organisation contracts, in particular the preparation and management of claims.

- Legal disputes: management of pre-litigation and international litigation as the requesting party and the defending party: definition of the strategy and content of legal documents in coordination with operational personnel, also related to "d.lgs 81/2008", oversight of lawyers and insurers.

- Participation in cross-disciplinary actions of the Legal Department: design and implementation of training for operational personnel, drafting of standard contracts, communication of legal information, implementation of audits and "RGPD".
