Legal Expert - Gruppo internazionale di Ingegneria

Working under the responsibility of the Legal Director of the International Section of the Group's Legal Department, he/she is responsible for ensuring legal compliance of the operations of the Italian subsidiary of the Group.

The main activities in this position are as follows:

- Contracts: risk assessments, drafting and negotiation of international engineering and service contracts, in particular with large international funding organisations and large private accounts, subcontracting agreements, jointventure agreements and cooperation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, in support of the Group operational subsidiaries.

- Assistance to operational staff members with management of contracts established under "DLgs 50/2016 (Codice degli appalti pubblici)" and international funding organisation contracts, in particular the preparation and management of claims.

- Legal disputes: management of pre-litigation and international litigation as the requesting party and the defending party: definition of the strategy and content of legal documents in coordination with operational personnel, also related to "d.lgs 81/2008", oversight of lawyers and insurers.

- Participation in cross-disciplinary actions of the Legal Department: design and implementation of training for operational personnel, drafting of standard contracts, communication of legal information, implementation of audits and "RGPD".
