The candidate will therefore have the following skills and abilities:
* Skills
o Have successful previous experience as Production Manager in complete autonomy, within a
SME or a larger company, preferably within the food sector, with bakery being a plus
o Experience in service and maintenance and/or in purchasing and supply chain operations is a
plus
o Be a self-starter, capable of managing a team and at the same time do things by him/herself
o Problem-solver
o In depth knowledge of regulation and certifications
o Have excellent communication and social skills
o Be fluent in English
* Mindset
o Have the willingness, capacity and required commitment to work in a SME/family driven
environment
o Be proactive, convincing, tenacious, pragmatic, organized and rigorous.

The candidate will be either a man or a woman. He/she will be graduated from an engineering school or a
university degree specializing in engineering and will have at least 10-12 years of professional experience.
He/she will be familiar with the Italian culture and business environment, and ideally with the agri-food
industry as well, particularly the bakery sector.
