We are looking for an IT Manager for a Multinational Company in the Biotechnology sector.
Ruolo
- Leads the BU integration project portfolio
- Work in collaboration with all business functions to transform the customer experience as well as the internal processes
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
- Organise and lead the IT teams
- Lead the initiatives around the DATA and BI – piloting the use cases
- Participate in the development and implementation of group IS strategies and procedures, including architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, procurement and services
- Contribute to value creation by implementing innovative solutions
- Analysis of the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
- Promote and coordinate initiatives to preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Contribute to defining and handling the IT annual budget and ensures cost effectiveness
Il candidato prescelto
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science or similar field
- Previous experience as IT coordinator/manager
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise with implementing, configuring and testing solutions
- Leadership skills
- Big-picture thinking
- Analytics thinking
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Availability to frequent business travel
- Location: Rome (RM)
