Project Management Internship

We are looking for a young and highly motivated intern with a sparking passion for the web and communication, to join Latte Creative’s team. Learning from a senior project manager how to organize the team’s work and carry out the client relationships. In the production phases you will assist in overviewing the projects from concept throughout delivery; determining resources, preparing budgets, scheduling, assigning tasks and making sure every product responds to top quality standards.

Projects you will deal with include: websites, digital campaigns, web communication strategies, content promotions, video production, copywriting, media relationships, online ADV.

• work and learn from a team composed of campaigners, designers, illustrators, developers and marketing and fundraising specialists
• be in contact with organizations, institutions and creators 
• think out of the box to find new creative solutions
• assist on and manage several projects, tenders or creative concept proposals
• deal daily with clients, teams, suppliers, budgets and offers, in collaboration with the senior manager

Requirements

• a minimum of confidence with Microsoft office suite and Google Drive 
• ability to work independently and set your priorities
• Italian and English language proficiency
• excellent client-facing and communicative capabilities
• proactive and independent attitude as you are expected to provide solutions, work alone and solve problems fast
• communicate effectively, inspire collegiality and find the best solutions for the well being of the team

Nice to have

• familiarity with the non-profit, arts or culture sector
• familiarity with ethical and sustainable culture
• technical or communication hard skills
• experience in the management of projects and teams is appreciated
• other languages

Working hours

Full time but we allow flexible schedule when necessary

Remuneration

Paid internship, 6 months

Location

Rome or Turin. We are always on the go, so don’t be shy if you live elsewhere!
Due to the moment, we usually work in remote working.
